Advice on flood damage
hi i ve had a burst pipe over the weekend and its damaged stock that i cant replace for orders so i need to cancel 8 orders , what will amazons response be if i cancel . i know itll hit my metrics but will i get suspended for cancelling to many orders. ive put all the stock affected to out of stock till i can replace but that wont be till the end of the week

Unfortunately, Amazon care little for your problems in that regard.
Whether or not you get suspended, is going to depend on how many orders that actually represents in comparison to how many you sell etc.

Is that can’t replace, full stop or can’t replace for now? If you can get your hands on other stock then you might want to perhaps try and contact the affected customers, advise of your issues and ask them if they can wait for you to replace. Some customers are very good with such requests, others not so good. It was just a thought which might help your metrics…whereas cancelling 8 orders most definitely won’t.
