Out of Stock?
Hello,
My inventory has 40 pieces confirmed received but the listing went ‘Inactive (out of stock)’ asking to replenish inventory. I have started tickets but it’s been pending over a month and all I get is ‘the team is investigating’.
Has anyone else experienced this issue and how was it resolve.

I'm so sorry to know this issue is still ongoing.
I reviewed this with the internal team and was able to determine that the case ID 1561 is currently undergoing the investigation with the fulfillment center as of right now, but this cannot be expedited.
Please allow the seller support team in charge of this case to continue following up. If the case is resolved, but the issue remains, please do let me know, so I can engage the specialists again.
