FBA registered for 4 months and selling is slow. Is there any option to sell my stock to Amazon?

Basically I have purchased 100 units to sell via FBA however it has been over 4 months and I have only sold 3 units. Is there an option to sell these unsold items to Amazon as bulk stock at a reduced rate. Just feel paying £30 a month is steep and not cost effective for unit price of £3.95? Alternatively if this is not an option would it be a consideration to reduce the price, has anyone tried this where they have benefitted?

Amazon does offer a liquidation service, but i believe you have to be VAT registered to apply. It's also not guaranteed anyone would want to buy your stock which would be heavily discounted.

As for the £30 per month, it is an optional payment so worth thinking about downgrading your selling plan before the next billing cycle.

You should also look at the cost of disposal / removal of the units (another Amazon service). Depending on the size it may well be cheaper than discounting them and ongoing storage costs.

You can downgrade to the individual selling plan where you do not pay the £30 a month, but pay an additional 90p per sale, which if you sell less than 33/34 items a month works out cheaper than the monthly fee.

You need to go to Settings (cog wheel top right) - manage your services - sell on Amazon - sell on Amazon again - then tick the individual button. You won't be charged again, and you can always upgrade to professional plan again if and when sales improve.

Can't advise about selling to Amazon as never done it.

Sorry to hear your products aren't selling the rate you thought they might. Did you research before buying so many units? What type of product do you sell? As many categories such as phone accessories etc are very saturated markets.

Keep going! Try improving images (including ensuring the benefits of product are showing in the images), Check your listing has the right keywords in the title. Add A+ Content. Try a little advertising focused on the keywords you know that work. Good luck

As of today if your not VAT reg your fees rise by 20% making it even less cost effective.

Bare in mind that lately, the TEMU marketplace is taking away many of customers from Amazon, so the old "reseller" model is kind of tearing apart.
