European Bank Account

Hi,

Our European marketplaces are now paid into a separate euro bank account but the payment amount is 5.6 to 5.9% less than the expected amount on the statement, with the exception of one German payment which is 7.2% less. We can’t quite understand why the transfer amount on the statement is less than the payment (which is in euros so I don’t think the exchange rate should be an issue?)

Can anyone offer any advice on this?

Thanks.

Disbursements can only be made in the local currency of the country or region where the bank account is located.

If you are an UK seller with an euro bank account, I can imagine that you are still getting the disbursements in pounds and the low payments are a result of the additional currency conversion.
