Invalid access for Sponsored ads

I am trying to create Sponsored Ad, but every time I go to the page I get Invalid Access error. I believe I have all he requirements to be able to create a Sponsored product Ad. Can you please check my account.

I wanted to hop in here and provide a link to the eligibility requirements for Sponsored Product Ads.

Often, the issue is due to the type of account (sellers are required to have a professional account) or due to current or past policy violations (seller accounts must also be in good standing in order to participate in Ads).

I also wanted to check in and see if you have created a case with Ads Support yet? They will be able to take closer look and help diagnose the issue.
