My BRAND is Approved , Still couldn't do listing

My seller brand is approved by Amazon for Listing. But when I try to List my products it how's how 2 errors :

1) Brand Approval Required , Whereas my Brand in already Approved and Amazon confirmed me through responses still it shows same

2) GTIN exemption.

so I want to know how to deal with this 2 errors and mainly how to apply for GTIN exemption

Have you contacted Seller Support to request them to check your account? They will be able to review the errors and assist you with this.
