Amazon lost my products on an FBA shipment and it has been 2 months with no resolution

Does anyone know how long it normally takes for Amazon to reimburse lost products from a shipment?

I shipped a box of my handmade products to Amazon in December, and they lost about 2/3rd of the shipment. I've opened a case but even after speaking with several support agents over chat and phone, none of them can tell me an estimated timeline for when I will be reimbursed. It's frustrating because I am a small business, and this was a big inventory loss for my company.

Does anyone know how long something like this should take?

I have been fighting with them for a year now with no resolution or reimbursement. They will delay on you as long as they can. Be persistent, demand an investigation, ask the mods here to escalate your case and provide the case number. Sometimes they can help. Good luck!

I guess no one at Amazon is ever going to help me with this. Every time I chat with a tech, they tell me someone will contact me in 24 hours and no one ever does. Im stuck in an endless loop.

Unfortunately, it will take as long as Amazon decides to play games with your livelihood. Amazon has Zero respect for 3PL resources such as inventory or capital investment.

With several hundred thousand employees, and off-shore call centers, Amazon has the ability to spread the blame throughout it's network of "employees" enough so, that only a multi-government enforcement, will be able to hold them to justice.

The amount of criminal activity against 3PL sellers, by this one single company, is insurmountable.

5 times I have contacted amazon support to understand when my missing shipment will be reimbursed. Each time I am told someone will contact me in 24 hours. No one ever contacts me.

Please someone help me escalate this issue to someone who can help me. I have lost a lot of money due to this issue and I will continue contacting amazon support every other day until it is resolved or I am contacted with an expected resolution time frame.
