4 units in 28 cases
I have a shipment where Amazon's systems confirm 28 cases were delivered but they have only receipted 4 units.
They have put the normal message saying they have investigated so I can not reconcile.
I opened a case 10664801852 where they asked me so send all the invoices . I did this and then they sent the standard reply saying they have investigated and they are not wrong.
So where do I go now? Clearly I have not sent 4 units in 28 boxes.
I am going to write the the MD but I am expecting to get the same reply.
I assume I am going to have to got to the small claims court. Does anyone have any experience of this?
If I am going to take them to court should I just include this shipment or should I include the dozens and dozens of similar cases for smaller amounts?

You could include everything but you will need to provide detailed justification, including relevant paperwork, for everything you claim for.
You can't just say, "you owe me so much" and hope it will be accepted.
The bar for winning a case is much lower than an actual court but you still need to prove your case.

The Managing Director's office has written back and said that I did indeed send 4 units in 28 boxes!
