Amazon Failed to Reimburse for a missing shipment
Hello everyone, I am reaching out for assistance with a challenging situation involving my Amazon shipment FBA15J2J633B. Unfortunately, the entire shipment has gone missing, and I am unable to find any option to initiate the reconciliation process. Despite creating multiple support cases to address this issue, the resolution process has been incredibly frustrating. Initially, I was instructed to wait for the shipment status to close, and once it did, I provided the requested invoices. However, I was informed that the shipment is not eligible for reconciliation without any explanation. The support team keeps redirecting the case to the FBA team, while the FBA team advises me to contact the support team, leading to a perplexing cycle. This ordeal has been ongoing for over 4 months, and the value of the lost shipment exceeds 1500 GBP. Any guidance or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.
