Selling with Soft approval Listing

hi

I want to know that if I list a product ( me too listing ) that have brand name, but after getting soft approval and start selling products , will listing owner will be able to give strike ? Is there be any issue with account health ?

The brand can come after you saying you sell counterfeit products.

If that happens your account will be suspended without recourse for reinstatement.
