I am trying to bulk edit listings to alter the product title, product description, product features and search key terms. However when I uploaded my file I kept getting this error:

The SKU data provided is different from what’s already in the Amazon catalog. The item_id data provided matches ASIN B076X36DNC, but the following data is different from what’s already in the Amazon catalog: brand (Merchant: ‘FRAME SMART’ / Amazon: ‘Imagine Dragons’). If this is the right ASIN for your product, update your data to match what’s in the Amazon catalog. If it’s not the right ASIN, make sure that your data for item_id is correct.

I get that this has occurred because you cannot change the brand name or manufacturer once listed without getting Amazons approval. i.e. whatever they currently have is what needs to be submitted. As this was not the main intention I have deleted the brand name and manufacturer columns so they are left blank. I tried to upload this amended version to the checker which came back with 0 errors, but when I uploaded to amazon I got the same errors again.

If I’m not including this information, as my aim is to partial update to change the above stated categories only, why am I still getting this error? How can I change the desired information without running into this conflict as I cannot manually change 3000+ listings. When I have asked Amazon for support on this they basically tell me to make the info match which would mean having to manually input all entries as they do not match or to submit a request to change them all. I would like to avoid either scenario and just find one where I change only the desired text as I have on some existing listings.
