I have submitted brand registry 3 weeks ago and it was rejected. I have updated messages but have not gotten any response for 3 weeks.

My name is Dougal from the Community Manager Team and I will help wherever I can. After some digging, I was able to find your application and appeal. The response provided to you on 2/19 does provide the reason for rejection and you can get even more detail by clicking on the red underlined "rejected," application in your Brand Application Dashboard on the Brand Registry site.
I think you understand this based on your response on 2/20 and again on 3/18, but without some kind of proof, your application cannot progress. Since you are doing business as, if you can provide some documentation that shows that OR if you were to update the TM so that the TM Owner is your company name (possibly with a DBA designation) so that team can connect your business name with the brand.
Once this documentation is provided or USPTO is updated, please provide that detail/documentation in the current appeal case you have been responding to. IF the team does no acknowledge any action after 7 days of you providing the documentation, please let me know here and I can take action.
