Liquidating the inventory
We have a good set of inventory that we wanted to liquidate in our Canada store currently fulfilled by Amazon Please suggest options, 1) we don't have a designated local address to move the inventory., will Amazon take those inventory for a discounted/fair value?
Is there an option to implement a deep discount with a no-return policy to quickly clear our inventory?
We're incurring significant storage fees and need to liquidate this stock immediately. It's unfortunate that despite investing heavily in setting up our Amazon store, we've been unable to connect with seller support directly by phone for adequate guidance.

If the product is worth taking back, then try finding a freight forwarder in Canada. They will accept your product and then reship it to your location.
