Amazon Authorized the return of an order outside of our policy
Apparentely Amazon is not taking any notice of the sellers policies.
Amazon authorized and refund (of course taking our money) an order outside and violated our policies
The buyer open a return over a month after the order, our policy states very clear that we do not approve the return of any orders after 30 days.
The buyer returned the items (was a cup and a saucer) with big marks inside of the cup, the buyer has been using the items and then decided to send them back with big signs of use.
I opened a T-Claim and Amazon is not taking any notice of the above. Really disgusting

I don't see your policy shown anywhere on Amazon, but it's almost moot since your policy has to at least match Amazon's policy.
Amazon give 30 days from delivery of the order - would this be within 30 days of delivery?
Have Amazon rejected your Safe-t claim, if so for what reason?

If received back 'Not in the same merchantable condition as supplied' (quote that) + photos to prove that.
Then the Safe-T claim should pay you probably 20% to 25% of the item cost unless completely damaged.
It used to be 100%, then 50%, now about 25% average - so more work than it is worth usually if a low cost item, and Amaaon know that.
Why did they refuse to pay?
Even if over time, should be some claim possible, but varies. (they always pay part if not as new as far as I can tell, as long as lots of photos, including proof of post received label on the parcel, that one is also important)

Sad to see that it has happened. Hope it gets fixed.
I am also concerned with an order that I have received. Where I purchased has a non-returnable policy due to hazmat safety reasons but on my store, that product is shown as returnable.
I hope, it won't be returned to me and since I am new to this community, I don't know how to change the return policy on that product.
