I would like to tell you that, as mentioned by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7and @Seller_dotifYADa0BWY, you absolutely can sell both FBA and FBM.
My recommendation is that you start adding your products and once you do that, you can decide which fulfillment method to use. You can have the same product fulfilled by Amazon and one fulfilled by yourself, all you have to do is add the product with a different SKU to each fulfillment method.
