🚨Attention Amazon Sellers! Facing an Amazon Seller Central nightmare and need your help! 🆘
After 8 years of smooth selling on Amazon, I created a new company based outside of Europe, exclusively selling in the USA. Amazon asked for account & identity verification, and they mailed me a code. Being in Italy at the time, I asked them to mail it there.
Turns out, I was hit with DAC7, designed for sellers in Europe or with European companies – not my case at all! I re-sent the verification letter from my non-European office, and my account got verified successfully. 🎉
But here's the twist: DAC7 didn't disappear from my dashboard, and Amazon kept asking me to complete it. When I tried, it simply said, "You are not eligible." 😡 I opened a case with Amazon, explaining it was a bug. They assured me my account would be safe in 2 months.
Guess what happened after 2 months? 😱 Yep, my account got disabled, demanding DAC7 completion. Clicking "Reactivate" only led to the same "impossible to complete" message. It's been 4 days without sales, and support can't help. 😓
