I have been trying for a Month to create a removal of two ASIN's. I am not able to create a removal because I was told they were in transfer from one centet to another and to give it 5 days and once it reaches that center I can do a removal. 5 days passed and no change. Then they tell me to wait 3 days, same thing nothing. My settings are set to removal and to ship to me and NOT DISPOSAL. I have been back and forth and everyday I get an email they are still investigating. Today I get an email that a Disposal Order has already been created. My question is who Created this, I did not. It seems Amazon always interpets everything the oposite.

These items are very expensive and I am in not condition to be losing my products and money these days. I am done with Amazon FBA. Can not trust it. Causes me to lose too much money.

Also when I do got to the pages to do create a removal it says 3 not available for removal, once I click on the link it shows:

Total 3 Units

Total available for removal 0 units

Total not available for removal 3 units

Inventory in Location that cannot process removals 3 units please contact us

This is the case for both of my ASINS

I have contacted them multible time. The case is an ongoing case proving I am requesting a removal.
