I need help from an Amazon moderator on a specific A-to-Z Claim for Order Defect Rate

I got an A-to-Z claim for the order pictured below. Order # 114-6993519-3439433. The customer returned the item, and Amazon refunded the product, i have no problem with that, nor do I want the refund challenged. I have a problem that this order is now going against my Order Defect Rate, when the customer even says in the note that the item did not fit his intended use, nothing to do with us posting the incorrect size or us promising it would fit the specific brand product he purchased. Like buying a screw on amazon without checking the size and saying it did not fit the existing screw on your damaged item at home.

I appealed the claim requesting to have the Order Defect rate removed, not the refund. And the Amazon robots responded with the fact that customers get refunds when they return products, so the claim is valid.

Please help this Order Defect get removed from my account since it was clearly not appropriate.
