feedback amazon support do not helping me

Amazon support do not helping me, I guess I am talking with bot not with person.
the situation is that client under my account has been left feedback negative feedback about item, not about my service. And right now because of this I have negative account rate.
amazon bot do not see violation words and thinks that eveyrhitng is ok. But the situation is that acording to amazon rules, under my account clients can write about my service, about items they can write under items. So once again client has been wrote about my item not about my service, and this feedback is making my account rate bad, and clients think that I have bad rate. but this is not truth, because feedback is about item!!!!!!! delete it!!!!

since nearly all of your positive feedback is actually about products too, not your service, I assume you want Amazon to remove ALL feedback that is about products?
