Help with Amazon Customer Reviews Policy Violation
When I was just starting to sell on Amazon, I made the mistake of not fully familiarizing myself with the customer reviews policy and contacted customers to write or change reviews. When I became aware of this violation and my account was inactivated, I admitted that I violated the policy.
After becoming aware of the mistake, I did extensive research and updated myself on Amazon's customer reviews policy and all other policies. I have taken all necessary measures to prevent similar mistakes from happening again in the future and I pledge to fully comply with Amazon's policies.
I would like you to inform me what I need to do in order to reactivate my account and continue selling.

Maybe check Performance Notifications? Might be something in there that you can respond to with a plan of action
