Account Deactivation and still waiting for a response to our appeal for 94 days.

Our account was deactivated due to having listings that infringing other sellers intellectual property rights. However, our brand is registered and we have the trademark, also we registered our brand through Amazon Brand Registry and got approved. Our account has been deactivated without any warning or IP rights policy violations. We have submitted our trademark application, invoices, use of consent of our brand and other related information through our appeal. In addition, we got approved for our funds status and our funds were released too. We don't understand why we couldn't get a response yet. It is written that the evaluation is still in progress but it has been 94 days now. Our account health was 200 for all times. Has anyone experienced the same situation?
