Handmade account or not?
Hi all.
I’ve just been through 2 weeks of hell trying to register for Handmade. Long story short, A didn’t believe I made my bags, despite photos, technical descriptions etc etc. They asked for my email address 3 times in one day - by sending the requests on that email address 
Told me 5 times my items violated policy because they might be digital, food, pet treats, live plants… they are handbags 
Anyway, I finally found out by accident that I’d been accepted - I went to cancel my pro sellers account and got a warning that my Handmade account would be closed if I did - no emails sent to let me know I have an account.
Now, my question is does the seller dashboard look different if you have a handmade account? There is nothing on mine to say that I have and I don’t trust them to have got it right! I don’t want to list anything and find I’m in the general pool. The pic is what mine looks like. Thanks.

Go to settings - account info - your services
Does it say handmade - registered ?

You’ll know as soon as you create a product page.
The ‘Handmade’ option will come up.
The dashboard doesn’t look different but the product pages do.
You need a pro account for Handmade but the fee is waivered

I can see in our system that on 24th of June you have received from our team the confirmation that you have been approved to sell on Amazon Handmade. Can you please double check and confirm you got it?
