Using a VA for inventory management
I have around 20-30 SKUs and am selling in 9 marketplaces. The most difficult thing for me now is inventory management. It would make my life easier if I could find a virtual assistant who can help me keep track of my inventory in the different marketplaces and send me a weekly report including rate of sales for each SKU etc. so I’ll know when to order new stock and how much. Would need to be someone who is experienced with using the tools and reports in Seller Central, is good with spreadsheets and data analysis, and can distill and present the information in a way which is easy to understand. Also keep track of shipments etc.
Has anyone had experience of hiring a VA to help manage your Amazon FBA business, especially for inventory management? Please share!
I think the kind of VA I’m looking for would be more specialist than most and therefore more expensive. But the work could easily be accomplished in only around 5 hours per week.

Before you look to hire in
Are you shipping all your asins / skus from 1 place or do you have warehouses in several different countries ?
If its one place ie all your stock is in one UK warehouse, you can use build international tool so that all the inventory on different sites are running off the same skus so that it automatically updates stock levels etc

I am shipping from 1 factory in China directly to FBA warehouses in UK, EU, US etc.
