Can anyone help this crazy A- Z claim
It seems I cannot get an answer to this, Anyone can answer this why? This buyer opened A-Z claim and received a different item witch false, but comments saying refund not received, returned the item back to us on Feb18, we refunded on Feb 19, a few hours later A-Z claim notified me on my seller central account but Amazon is asking all these , see attachment, so I replied.one of message is saying refund original shipping fee if it isseller error then last message telling me I lost this claim because I did not refund original shipping fee. This is absolutely insane, Amazon is violating the policy messing up They took shipping fee from me and ODR! I've done nothing wrong here
As you all know if there was showing A-Z claim was opend on your account, on return request but it was not shwoing when I refunded yet.
