Customer unable to print return label

A customer wants to return an item for a refund. I told her to ask Amazon for a prepaid return label. She says she is unable to print a label and wants me to send her a prepaid label by mail. This conversation is all through Customer Support. Am I required to do this?

You are not "required" to, but in the frenzy to scare all sellers about A-Z claims and negative reviews, there are some that will tell you to do it.

Unless something has changed, buyers have the option to have a return label sent by mail -- Amazon charges them $1

Those messages passed along to the seller by Support are just paraphrasing what the buyer has said. Those are not "instructions" from Amazon. Your reply goes to the buyer.
