Secondary User Verification Failed

Hello,

I've tried to add a secondary user to our account to manage it whilst I'm on maternity leave, I uploaded a passport with the requested information but I now have the following message:

"Unfortunately this secondary user could not be added as we could not verify the identity information.

Unfortunately we could not verify the identity information you provided and an Amazon Payments account could not be created"

There's no button to appeal this or resubmit information, what are the next steps?
