ODR Rate Affected Despite Using Amazon Buy Shipping

Hi

We have just had numerous A-Z claims for orders that was shipped using Amazon's Buy Shipping and as per Amazon Shipping Policy - "A-to-z Guarantee claims: If you purchase Amazon's Buy Shipping and ship on time, you are protected against a-to-z claims where a customer reports problems with delivery. Those claims will not affect your Order Defect Rate but you are still responsible for the financial loss of these claims."

We have appealed these, however all we get is appealed denied, its actually getting ridiculous now, and trying to speak to amazon support is ridiculous.

Can a mod help us please?

For the orders ending in 4710, 7551, 9540, 5161, 6330 and 7534, the ODR metric impact has been removed from your performance, this can take up to 48 hours to reflect.

For order ending in 7552, they have confirmed the buyer received 1 out of 2 items from the order, for this reason, you have been credited for 1 item and the ODR metric impact has been removed. This should reflect on the account in 48 hours.

For order ending in 8359, the ODR metric impact has been properly removed based on the evidence provided.
