How long does a bin check request take?

I created a bin check request a week ago. The associate on the phone told me it will take 24-48 hours but so far there has been no updates. I am afraid to follow up on my case because I don't want to reset the clock and get kick back to the end of the queue (if there is one)

What should I do? My product listing is currently disabled due and a bin check would likely resolve this issue.

For some context. - I was told by seller support that raising a bin check would be the right way to appeal a Product Condition Customer Complaints. The complaint set to remove my product on 2/24.

I am not surprise that FBA support not completing the bin check before my product removal, since the bin check was raised 2 days before my product was set to be removed. (I spent most of my initial time calling Account Health team and was told different thing every time until an associate told me to raise a bin check). This is a while different saga that itself was an frustrating experience that I won't get into here.

Fast froward to 2 weeks laster bin check is still not completed....I know us sellers cannot expect too much from Amazon Support so I had prepare for the worst from the start. What should I do here? Just bite the bullet and delete my listing and stop selling at Amazon?

Thank you for reaching out about this, @Seller_ILLqKFMiyt7Fk!

When you have a moment, can you please send me your Seller Support case IDs for this? I'd be happy to take a further look into those correspondences to see how I can best help here.

All the best,

Jameson
