Brand Registory rejected twice with little to no help
I've been rejected twice now and can't get any help form seller support,
I've been told to few different time to go do this or that?? and it has not help getting my brand registried
I have appealed and provided the documents,
Currently it has been rejected and won't let me re-appeal or re-apply for my Brand Registry. (says Under Review)
I'm lost and can't get any help or provide detail on how to fix the issue.
Rejection is due to Business name and Tax ID which I was careful to use the correct letter and number provided.
Sincerely, Please help me get this resolved.

With these types of rejections it could be because the TM Owner doesn't match the entity that is submitting the application or if they are the same, providing some type of documentation that shows a match is usually the best way to go. With not being able to reapply, this is because the type of rejection you received, the only way forward is to successfully appeal.
