Getting Material field entry cleared

Case 15650301661

I need the Material field cleared on several listings because it keeps getting populated with false data by Amazon Retail. I have had this successfully done in Case 15650828331. I need the same process repeated. I have been told it isn't possible and replace the values with something else but I would much rather have it deleted as they have been able to in other cases. The category does not require that attribute.

Thanks for posting regarding this issue. I've reviewed case 15650301661. There was a newer update to it from Support where they provided new advice. I would recommend following the guidance provided, in which you will need to perform a full update on the ASIN and wait 24 hours for the update to reflect. Feel free to check out the steps to do so in the case.
