Why are returns disposed of
My returns are being disposed of.
Before you ask me to change settimgs, just to let you know that they are set to return.
And before you ask me they are not hazmat ot dangerous goods. It doesn`t come under any dispose
category.
So effectively buyers can return anything and we don`t even know what is being returned!
Why are fulfilment centres doing this.
Would only of you kindly look into my case 9795385812 and see what the problem is please
I don`t know how to look up names kn phones. Would someone tag a few staff for me please.

i used to only get FBA products returns that are not fit for resale sent back to me, otherwise the product is put back into stock and re sold, if its damaged by amazon its thrown away and they reimburse you for it.
might be worth downloading your transaction history to cover dates of return to see if you were reimbursed or charged etc then you'll know where it it has gone
