My last payment I transferred was cancelled with no notification. Now, 3 weeks later all my funds are being accumulated

in the account level reserve and there is nothing available to transfer. Amazon are now holding over $10, 000 after deducting all their fees. There is no explanation and the seller help keep emailing me that its under review. The account is in perfect health and I sell my own brand of product. It seems sellers are completely vulnerable to Amazon as there is no-one with any sort of power to speak to. Everyone that answers the phone is in a call centre on the other side of the world and can not help. The internal team seem untouchable and unreachable. Why is such a large corporation so unorganised and unwilling to help the people that generate their business.
