Lost and Shipments not being Received, I Need Help From Someone at Amazon- Moderators?

Hi Everyone and the Mods,

I need help. My business is dying and much of it has to do with 2 shipments. Most of my business is from my website and last year, I chose to go with MCF for my shipments. Things were ok until the past couple of months. Now, I am so frustrated and I am not getting any real help.

The first shipment in question was boxed on May 29th and arrived at the ONT6 Facility on June 3rd. I created a ticket when more than 2 weeks passed and the shipment was not received. I was told I had to wait until I can do a claim. When the claim was closed, they said the items were received (I honestly don't think they were) and all of the items were put into reserve. I did another ticket but was told they had to look into it and that I can't do anything else about the reserve items until August 5th.

The second shipment (because I am out of stock of items due to the reserve) was shipped on July 17th and delivered on July 22nd. It still has not been received. I know when I do a ticket on this one, I will get push back. It was sent to ONT6, just like the one above. I use whatever shipment facility that Amazon recommends. I have not had an issue like this with the SDF8 facility.

I also have a customer who placed an order on my site over a week ago, and her item still has not shipped. The product is in reserve, but that must have happened shortly after she placed her order, because with MCF, it shows out of stock if all items are in reserve. (btw, I have a lot of SKUS.) When I did the ticket, I was told there would be no resolution until September 3rd! This item was not part of the other two shipments.

I created a combined case of all of these issues because my gut is telling me, there could be something interrelated. The case# is 15720124511

Please, please help... I am a small business, this is my only income and I am having financial issues due to not being able to sell the products I am sending to you. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

You are not talking to Amazon here, this is the seller forum.

since nothing goes forward I suggest you list your product FBM and send the orders yourself to the customers. It will take weeks till someone from seller support EVENTUALLY resolves that problem and you will be left without income.

Do you have the case number you're referencing here, for the units in reserve?

This timeline is in-line with the experiences that I've been reading from other sellers on the forums. What is the date listed on the Contents tab of your shipment for when you can open an investigation into this shipment?

since nothing goes forward I suggest you list your product FBM and send the orders yourself to the customers. It will take weeks till someone from seller support EVENTUALLY resolves that problem and you will be left without income.
