Deactivated listing due to intellectual property rights
I want to share my ongoing frustration with an issue concerning one of my listings. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this problem, I am stuck in a continuous back-and-forth between the Amazon Brand Registry team and the Account Health team, with no resolution in sight.
Issue Identification:
The problem began when I received a notification about an infringement of intellectual property rights due to the keyword "geometry" (which is a very generic word) in the product description. As the trademark owner and sole seller in all other Amazon marketplaces, I immediately took action to rectify this and removed the word in reference from my listing.
Despite this update, the listing remained deactivated. I tried deleting and recreating the listing multiple times, waiting 24 to 48 hours and following the instructions from Seller Central support, but it didn't work; the problem persisted.
In case ID: 15592379241, I have been informed that the keyword "geometry" no longer appears in my listing, but when I appealed with the Account Health team, they insisted that the word still appears.
I contacted the Amazon Account Health Support team (case ID: 15639307261), who informed me that I needed to wait for the Brand Registry team to resolve the issue.
I am extremely frustrated by this lack of resolution and the endless back-and-forth between the Brand Registry and Account Health teams. Each team passes the responsibility to the other, and no one seems willing or able to fix the problem. This has led to significant losses in sales for my best-selling product.
I am reaching out to this forum in the hope that someone here has experienced a similar issue or can provide guidance on how to escalate this matter effectively. Is there a way to get a technical team involved that can provide a definitive solution?
I appreciate any advice or assistance you can offer. Thank you for taking the time to read my post.
Best regards,
