I am just wondering if anyone can help?
Over the last few days a couple of my seller prime orders have come through saying i am unable to send via Royal Mail as it wont arrive on time ?
So i went to Buy shipping and the only option was Evri but i do not have a collection or anything for them so I went to drop it to an Evri shop which they refused.
Is any one having issues at all ?
All my prime orders 45 of them came through as Royal Mail

this used to happen all the time.
luckily it has not happened to us for a while
it is not helped by the fact that a seller cannot set "no pickup" against one or more of the couriers they do not use on shipping preferences at the lowest level
so if a "glitch" occurs on the shipping template with calculation of delivery estimates then it can it seems choose an alternative courier that the seller has not been able to block.

I have just had this happen to me. I only got the option to send EVRI . I took the package to the pick up point and they said it was for collection only. After waiting 2 days for it to be collected I cancelled the label and posted it at the post office. I have no doubt that this will adversley effect my VTR but I didn't really have a choice.
