Frauduent A-Z

I know that we see a lot of these on here, but Amazon reserved one A-Z just to allow another for a different reason. Both reasons are fraudulent.

Order 026-8538232-1494716

1. Customer claims the item wasn't received

2. I presented them with the tracking, GPS, etc., and I didn't hear anything for a while

3. They submit an A-Z claiming it wasn't received

4. I lose the appeal

5. A few days later, Amazon reversed the decision because the customer hadn't supplied them with the information they had asked for (I've never seen this before.)

6. Customer sends me a few messages demanding that I refund

7. The same day, Amazon granted a refund because the customer claimed they received the incorrect item

Please, can you look into this? The refund should never have been issued.
