Individual seller EVRI

Hi

Ive just despatched my first sale via EVRI by dropping at an EVRI drop off point., but on Amazon its showing, "Waiting for collection". At what point does this update for the customer, as Amazon showing I still need to despatch today or tomorrow.

Second, Amazon showing "Upload invoice" - is this necessary? or optional?

You only need to upload an invoice if the buyer is marked as a Business Customer. You can get Amazon to do that for you automatically. Have tried to find the page, but can't as they have changed so much recently !- sorry.

The problem with that page you have linked is it's for those who are VAT registered, and using VCS, and not for those who have declared their VAT exempt status.

@Seller_SoKw27eS2Yr4V- scroll down the page linked in above reply and click on 'I am VAT-exempt and thus cannot provide VAT invoices. What do I have to do?' - that should get you to the right page.
