This sentence does not represent a problem. It expresses a rule.
A problem is "you get wet if you go outside while its raining". You can resolve this problem by bringing an umbrella.
A rule is "we do not accept trademarks with WIPO". You can break this rule but you cannot resolve a rule.

Hello @Seller_mcxI6aUoyZAKS
We currently only accept trademarks that have been issued by government trademark offices in the United States, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Australia, India, Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Benelux, Turkey, Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Sweden, Poland, Egypt, the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United Arab Emirates.
If your trademark is registered with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), please submit the corresponding trademark number assigned by the national trademark office as it may differ from the trademark number assigned by WIPO. Brand Registry is not affiliated with any of these offices; please do not contact them for information about Brand Registry.
The easiest places to find a trademark serial number is to review the Official Filing Receipt or a Notice of Publication if your trademark offices have these options.
Best,
Sandy
