A question, I need help with my BIL.
I had my other marketplaces on vacation for a bit. I am based in the US and trying to sync my inventory for MX, CA, and Brazil. When I go onto those individual marketplaces it shows that most of what I have listed is suppressed and needs approval. When I go on the request approval page and click request approval it automatically pops up and says sell yours. If I am already ungated for items in the US do I really need to request ungating in these other markets or doesn't it just list my stuff and carry over from my home base of America? I have a total inventory of around 2400 mostly books, and these seem redundant to have to seek approval for things Amazon has already approved me to list and sell. Any help or advice on this subject would be greatly appreciated.

Before you knock yourself out figuring out how to add everything to other markets -- have you studied the regulations, requirements?
Realize that when you list on the Canadian marketplace and a Canadian places an order -- you must prepay any potential duties or customs fees. The buyer must not be required to pay anything. This mans you cannot use USPS
This same follows for other countries. And the Canadian platform has the least other problems. With Mexico you face the likelihood of non-receipt with just about all orders, with some exceptions with DHL service -- sometimes that works.
Brazil requires CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Fisicas) number for packages. Buyers almost never supply this. Amazon ignores it -- that is the seller's problem, not theirs. Packages without that number may not reach the buyer.
