Your current sales transactions are not supported by an established sales history. As a result, we are reviewing your Amazon Pay account

Hello,

This is the second time i am receiving this in 3 months; last time this happened, I had to refund 95% of the orders and ask customers to pay using a different method, and this made me lose some customers.

AmazonPay Email "We are reviewing your Amazon Pay account. Funds will not be transferred to you during the review period but will stay in your account. Continue to ship your orders and only list items that you can ship by the expected ship date.

Why did this happen?
Your current sales transactions are not supported by an established sales history. As a result, we are reviewing your Amazon Pay account. For more information, visit the Amazon Payments UK User Agreement - Merchant Accounts."

I sell on my website and use AmazonPay as a Payment method, this is now frustrating, and I cannot keep dealing with this every time.

Payments received are few and just a handful and well below 1500GBP.

I am very confused about what is going on; the last time it took Amazonpay 31+ days to payout just 64GBP.

Or is this email some sort of scam?
