product authenticity violation
Need help! I got a product authenticity violation because someone complained. I then provided amazon with my invoice they ask for my bank statement. I then provide that and then they ask for proof of shipment i then provided my ups tracking. Then they just state they dont have enough information at this time to proceed with my listing and i cannot sell. I then move on and a few days later i got email that im able to sell that asin. So i come back to all of this try and address my violation ask for it to be removed and all over again they ask for all my information again. This is a nightmare. HELP.

A Wholesale invoice from a brand approved "B2B only" distributor?
Since your invoice must be for a "shipped" order, why would you send a separate
proof of shipment? This should be on your wholesale invoice
Because you didn't send them a proper invoice and without it, a blocked listing is just the beginning, account suspension is next.

Hi @Seller_qavlEu8atJiyy,
Thank you so much for utilizing the seller forums!
I understand you have questions regarding an authenticity complaint you have received. While you have submitted invoices, they were not accepted.
In terms of the responsible sourcing documentationrequested, it is important to ensure your documents meet Amazon's requirements. These documents:
- Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
- Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
- Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
- Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the original manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
Do your documents meet these?
Alternatively, the information provided on those documents might be unverifiable. While my team does not have the insight into the way the review team verifies the information, there are steps taken to do so. This is all in effort to uphold the terms of Amazon's anti-counterfeiting policy and maintain compliance with local, state, federal laws and regulations.
Even when the information on your documents is correct, the question of authenticity comes into play in terms of understanding that your supplier is authorized to distribute the products.
How did you verify that your supplier was authorized to sell these goods? How have you verified the overall supply chain?
It may also come down to yourself needing to be authorized by the brand in question. Do you have a letter of authorization or licensing agreement?
While I am not sure about the reason for you having to provide proof of shipment or tracking information, I would like to request you provide the performance notification or e-mail you have received where this request was made. This will enable the community and I to best support you here.
If you have further questions, do not hesitate to includes those as well in your reply.
All the best,
Stevie

I am in a similar situation. However, instead of just not being allowed to sell that specific asin, I have been gated from that category, which is the category I have all of my inventory for. My invoice keeps getting rejected and I do not even have the option to do a plan of action.

any luck? Updates would be appreciated
