Hello Everyone,

I received an invite in February to join the grade and resell program and immediately signed up to try it out. The only problem is that none of my products are being graded. The opposite way around, the unfulfillable items were going to liquidation. In 2025 all returned items are going to disposal. I'm not sure that the Grade and Resell Program is working properly.

Has anyone else had this issue? I don't think I'm doing anything wrong as I have "Grade and Resell" enabled in my Automated Unfulfillable settings.
