How to find out who is the brand Administrator for a Lancome
Hi!
I'm trying to get Lancome products listed and we meet the supplier criteria, but we need to be added on the brand registry.
I was told the following by Support :
"You will need to contact the brand owner or brand Administrator via email or any source that you are aware of and request them to add a selling role to your account, which they will need to provide from their Brand Registry account."
How can I do that?
Many thanks!

I would say your first port of call is to contact Lancome themselves. Have you tried Contact Us on their website?

I would not bother wasting your time.
Amazon have just signed an exclusive deal with Lancome where Amazon will be the ONLY sellers of Lancome products on the platform.
All Lancome sellers currently on Amazon have until the 31st May to sell out their products.
On 31st May, all sellers that have Lancome FBA will have to remove their products from fulfilment centres and those that are FBM will have their offerings deactivated.
Amazon is becoming less and less 3rd party seller friendly as they take bigger slices of the pie.,
Here is a slice of their message to all Lancome sellers....
We’re always looking for ways to improve the customer experience, and as part of that effort, we’ve decided to source Lancôme products in the gl_luxury_beauty category directly from the brand owner going forward, which gives us a better ability to offer a greater selection with higher reliability. As part of that change, you will no longer be able to list Lancôme products in the gl_luxury_beauty category in the Amazon store. We recognise that this is an impactful change for your business and we want to give you time to adjust and the opportunity to sell through your inventory. If you use FBA services, you will need to either sell through your inventory or issue a removal order for your inventory by 2025-05-31, at which time your offer will be removed from the Amazon store
