On April 17, 2025, I received an email from Amazon and was told that if I do not give a video interview by April 30, 2025, my account will be deactivated under Amazon section 3 of the Business Solutions Agreement. But due to some busy schedule, my virtual assistant gave the video interview that failed, and I was not aware that I should have given it myself.

On May 2, 2025, I received another link from Amazon and was told that you can participate in the video call again. This time, I participated in the video call myself, but unfortunately, as soon as the video call started, there was a short circuit in the electricity in my building, due to which the electricity in my building was turned off

And I could not complete the video interview, due to which my account was completely deactivated. Please, I request the video call again, and this time, no mistake.

And as far as I understand, I have all the documents for the account, and I am uploading all those documents, my identity document, my utility bill, and my bank statement.

My account has not been used for any fraud or illegal activity. My account was deactivated due to a small mistake.
