You have been found to be related to be an account
Hello Seller Forums members. I have an issue I could use some help with.
I just created a seller account on Amazon, but only one day later, I received an email about its deactivation. The email states that my account is supposedly linked to another account, which I have never heard of. I am not the owner of that account and have no connection to it.I have no ties to any other accounts and have not shared my account details with anyone. What could have caused this mistake? How can I resolve this issue?I would appreciate any help!

Hi @Seller_35dt68g09p2R1
Connor from Amazon here, thanks for reaching out.
Being linked to another account, can mean that you previously had a seller account which was deactivated. In order to reactivate the new one, you will have to address the old one first.
I am not able to provide specifics about this via public forums, but I can see that our partner team did find you were linked to another account.
To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise.
To send the appeal information - please click on the View Appeal button on the Account Health page (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap) and submit additional information as requested.
I hope this helps,
Connor
