Access revoked: Report a violation
Hello
My product is made up of 3 parts. However, these sellers were missing parts, which led to many negative reviews from customers who received products that did not match the description.
I tried to use the Report abuse of Amazon policies feature. However, Amazon did not take any action.
So, I tried to buy the products that these sellers were selling. Indeed, it was missing parts and used the wrong product size as described. I tried to report it through the Report a marketplace policy violation => Product not as described feature in the Amazon brand registry. However, Amazon still did not take any action.
So, I used the Report a violation => Trademark => feature and provided Amazon with the information of the products I was selling and the products I received from these fake sellers. Amazon took action by removing their listings.
However, yesterday I received a notification from Amazon about my abuse of Report a violation to report. Which led to my access being revoked.
I understand my Brand has not been approved by the USPTO, but counterfeit sellers are selling incorrect products, missing ingredients, and using my brand on products that I can’t report?
Is there a support department at Amazon that is helping counterfeit sellers from China? I am wondering about this.

If you would like to restore your report a violation privilege's, please note that the only way to do this is to appeal. Please look at the Write an effective Plan of Action (POA) when doing this.
