Sales Report js not generating any data
I am writing to report an issue I am encountering with my seller account. Despite having confirmed sales, my sales report is not generating any data. Additionally, the sales section on the Amazon Seller Central homepage is also displaying 0 data.
This is causing significant inconvenience and hindering my ability to track and manage my sales performance. I would like to request your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
Please let me know if there are any known technical glitches or ongoing issues that might be affecting my account.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter

Same, showing 0, but had many sales today, just a glitch... sure it will be fixed sometime soon , not the first time.

yeah, it happens from time to time. It will get sorted out. You will still be paid for your sales.

It has finally been catching up over the last hour or two in our account. Ours seems almost up to date now, 7:30 pm EDT on 8/25/2024.

It doesn't matter they do what they want nd you can never speak with anyone that has any brains. I have to say either everyone stops selling on Amazon or just keep bending over for them and the customers buy from you that take advantage of the return policy they have. I have people who return items that are used or damaged because they ship my items back in mailing bags when they are shipped to them in a box. You can't speak with any intelligent people there just the idiots that work in seller support which is the biggest joke of all , they cause me more problems than what I started with. I think that when you file or respond to claims that you are emailing to a person but to a computer and they don't or aren't able to comprehend the issues that we have.

Hey there @Seller_0uR2opOnlUrHh - appreciate you surfacing this here on the forums. I'll also tag @Seller_op1YlXwEtXAiv, @Seller_Isi33wQbbiS19, @Seller_jOjueQwvWtGFe, and @Seller_qso9puw2G5kCain this comment as all have indicated some level of being impacted by this.
I can help recommend trying a couple standard troubleshooting tasks like clearing cache and cookies and/or trying a new browser (Seller Central appears to like Firefox best most of the time). Should you continue to experience this issue though, please do create a case with support for more technical assistance, and feel free to share the case IDs here in the thread so I can take a look along with you!
I hope this has already been mitigated, but looking forward to hearing your experiences!
Best,
Danny
