Our account verification was initiated and responded to in April 2023, and today, on April 17th, 2024, it has been nearly a year since Amazon has yet to complete the review of our account.

We have diligently submitted all required identity information for validation. Despite our consistent efforts and submissions, we have been asked multiple times this year to resubmit the same documents without receiving a clear response.

I have raised several cases urging for an expedited review process and have also directly emailed kyc team along with contacting Seller Support numerous times, yet we have not received a definitive answer. It has been nearly 20 days since our last submission without any specific response.
