Feedback Removal Request for OrderID: 701-7403445-9061033

Hello Amazon Support Team,

As a seller on Amazon, we have consistently prioritized customer satisfaction.

A customer left 1-star feedback with the comment "Came with missing parts and also damaged. Didn't come with manual either.". However, I believe this feedback is not related to the seller's performance but rather to the product itself.

In addition, we helped the customer to return the item and a full refund has been processed. We have already resolved the customer's issue.

We wanted to contact Amazon to remove the feedback team to resolve this issue, but Amazon seemed to have a bug in the past 5 days. We were unable to contact the team through Live support (It always says "Wait time is unavailable.", but now is their available time), which caused us to lose the opportunity to remove the feedback. It caused our ODR score to increase by giving unfair negative feedback. We hope you will reconsider this decision.
