Account verification pending from last 2 months

Hi,

it's very disappointed to write amazon is dealing in very wrong way in my case.

More than 2 month are passed my documents verification status is still in pending, I opened many cases with support, they have transferred it to relevant team but no action has been taken yet.

It has been mentioned that verification can take several weeks, and much will depend on how easy it is for them to verify all the info you have provided, both personal ID and business info. Unfortunately there is no way of speeding up the process - it will take as long as it take !.....and constantly opening case will not help, in fact it is known that every time you open a new case it gets put to the bottom of the pile ! - you just need to be patient and wait.
